	Split Road Centerline	Breaks a single road centerline feature into multiple road centerline features using a selected existing line or polygon feature, and calculates the correct address range for each new road centerline feature.
	Merge Road Centerlines	Combines multiple road centerline features into a single road centerline feature, and calculates the correct address range for the merged road centerline feature.
	Assign a Road Name	Enters the road name attributes for a road centerline, from an existing road name or a user entered road name.
	Change a Road Name	Changes the road name for a road centerline and address points, either individually for a section of a road or for the entire road.
	Calculate Road Address Range	Assigns a range to the road centerline, based on an address grid or an increment, such as the mile marker system.
	Flip Road Centerline	Reverses the direction of the road centerline, while maintaining the address range.
	Add a Building Symbol	Inserts a square building symbol on the building layer at the selected point.
	Draw Perpendicular Building	Draws a building with proper 90 degree corners, based on selected corners.
	Place an Address	Places an address on the address layer with the correct street address based upon the road centerline address range information.
	Enter or Edit an Address	Enters or edits the address attributes for an address point, and add or remove units for an address.
	Place a Building Based on Field Measurements	Places a new building symbol, and optionally address point, based upon measurement along an existing road centerline and a setback distance from the road.

	Match Rotation	Rotates one or more annotation feature to match the rotation of another annotation feature already on the map.
	Append Annotation	Creates a single annotation feature from multiple annotation features.
	Split Annotation	Splits a single annotation feature into separate annotation features for each word, which are then stacked.
	Stack Annotation	Stacks multiple annotation features, with an option for setting the angle of the stacked annotation.
	Extract Road Name	Places the road name as annotation on the road annotation layer from the selected road centerline.
	Label Road	Places a piece of annotation along a road centerline based on two selected points along the road centerline.

Data Management

	Create Image Index	Builds a new polygon shapefile that serves as an index to a collection of georeferenced images.
	Create a Map Index	Builds a numbered set of maps at any desired size covering the selected polygon layer(s).
	Address Standardizer	Converts existing address information contained in either a shapefile or geodatabase layer into a standardized format.
	Update DLU (Date Last Updated)	Assigns the current date to selected features of any layer with a DLU field.

	Create Road Roster	Creates a road roster in Access, Excel, PDF formats or adds road roster directly to the map layout.
	Export to EAGLE	Exports the necessary data from geodatabase format to shapefile format for use within EAGLE.

MSAG

	Build MSAG	Creates MSAG shapefile from road centerlines, ESZ (Emergency Service Zone) polygons, and optionally Community polygons, Zip Code polygons and Telephone Company polygons.
	Symbolize MSAG	Symbolizes either the most recent MSAG shapefile or the MSAG in the geodatabase to easily determine the accuracy of the MSAG.
	Add Roads to MSAG	Updates the MSAG to include the selected road centerlines if they are not already included in the MSAG.
	Compare Roads and Addresses to MSAG	Performs a quality control check of the roads and address layers to the current MSAG in the geodatabase.
	Export MSAG Tables	Exports the entire MSAG, deleted table and/or inserted table as Excel spreadsheets or an Access database.
	Import MSAG into Geodatabase	Imports an MSAG table or shapefile into the geodatabase.

	Compare Layers	Compares two different map layers based upon one attribute field to check for data consistency.
	Compare Addresses to Roads	Checks the validity of the road name attributes in the address points when compared to the road centerlines.
	Compare Road Name Parts	Compares the values entered into the road name part fields to the values in the full road name field to verify accuracy.
	Check Road Ranges	Compares 4 part ranges to 2 part ranges stored in the road centerlines. Also checks the evenside field values by geographically comparing the odd and even address point locations to each road segment.
	Show Dangles	Checks the geographic validity of the road centerlines.
	Show Dead Ends	Automatically marks the dangles as dead ends based on user set tolerance.

	Select Road or Address	Opens and closes a dockable form for searching road centerlines or address points.
	Select Features on a Layer	Locates all features within a given feature layer based on the values of a selected data field.
